Located in the 625 North Flagler building in downtown West Palm Beach, this interior upgrade focuses on maximizing the efficiency of the new tenant space while still balancing a cost friendly budget. The orientation of the offices located along the northern perimeter of the floor maximizes the views outward as well as the infiltration of natural light into the spaces. The minimalist  concrete floors help reflect light deeper into the space while also giving a raw industrial vibe to the work environment.
