625 North Flagler Drive is a 10-story, 120,000 SF office building in West Palm Beach, FL.  This building is located in a high density urban section of downtown West Palm Beach.

We designed a lobby space that would greet the occupants and visitors at the street level and welcome them to the existing office tower.  As both a building addition and interior improvement project, our conceptual renderings attempted to tie-in the existing elevator entry with 1,500 SF of new interior space that would be created in the current loading area.

The design complexities would include merging the new construction with the existing structural system, making the new lobby appear that it had always been there and developing an exciting interior design scheme that would complement to match the 30 year old mid-century style modern building.
