The Gehring Group Project is a corporate upgrade that celebrates collaboration and a positive work environment. Psychological studies have shown that the color “blue” represents confidence, authority, and a calming environment; thus, blue became the color palette for the workplace.

A seamless circulation pattern throughout the building was achieved with the addition of a Social Stair leading from the large café into the second-level workspace. The circulation tool can serve as a social hub, a casual lunch spot, or assembly seating for a large event. The flexible nature of the social stairs offers multiple uses to the workers while always promoting collaboration and social connections.

Overall, this interior project came with many challenges that lead to its success for the company. A collaborative workplace was created with multiple social hubs and inviting areas to increase productivity and to enhance the work experience. On average, one-third of human life is spent working, and it should be done in a positive culture that improves your daily life experience!
