Located in Stuart, Florida, the Harbor Grove Residences include 9 similar prototype apartment buildings with 324 apartments composed of 1-bedroom and 2-bedroom units. A community clubhouse includes all of the amenities such as a gym, large meeting room, covered outdoor patio, and swimming pool.

 

One of the major keys to success is the specialized concrete structural design used to reduce construction waste with reusable casting forms and shortens the construction schedule. This project was an exciting opportunity to collaborate with AHS Residential to revolutionize the vertical housing market in Florida.
