Gardens Innovation Center
The Gardens Innovation Center is a sustainable office park in Palm Beach Gardens, FL. This will provide an alternative to existing office buildings for those seeking the next generation workplace. Our improvements seek to establish a new standard design for the surrounding area, while being a good neighbor to the existing buildings. The existing office park will be transformed through a carefully planned system of landscape and pedestrian circulation that will connect the new and existing buildings.
The open floor plan allows for the hybrid office concept to emerge, incorporating various space layouts, a collaborative environment, and flexibility for multiple tenants.
