The Highway Hub HQ is a reimagined headquarters for a family-owned company dedicated to improving Florida’s infrastructure. A new office location was required as their existing office building was being demolished for new development. The company was facing issues with employee retention and were in desperate need of creating a stronger work culture. The design of their relocated 21,000 square-foot office space focused on creating an interconnected layout with an improved working environment.

The new headquarters provides an open layout, an abundance of natural light, and an improved collaborative space for the company. These elements not only improve the wellbeing of the employees but also represent the Highway Hub’s evolution as a group of people who are open to creating a more resilient and thriving work culture.
